Shipping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
  • ChillyBox offers multiple shipping methods to meet your time/cost needs. If you’re in a hurry, we can expedite your order for fast arrival. If you can chill for a bit, economy shipping options are available as well.
Do You Ship Internationally?
  • You’re in luck – ChillyBox ships around the world! Even if you’re in Antarctica and – for some reason – still need a ChillyBox to keep your contents cold, we’ve got you covered.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
  • We do our best to ship your order quickly and accurately, so you can start Thinking Outside the Lunchbox as soon as possible!

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
  • Polar bears aren’t picky – as long as they get paid. We happily accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
  • Our online shopping cart is 100% secured so you can safely purchase ChillyBox with no worries. Your credit card information is just as protected as your contents in a ChillyBox.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?
  • Chillax – it’s easy – just click on our Shop tab, select the ChillyBox color(s) you want – and the quantity. Then, click “Add to Cart” and “Checkout” to finalize your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
  • Keep cool – if you decide you want to change or cancel your ChillyBox order, just reach out to our Support Team by clicking the Contact tab up top. We’ll be happy to help you with your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
  • While it’s easier to track and manage your order with an account, one is not required to purchase ChillyBox. You can checkout as a guest and still get the same prompt service you would otherwise!
How Do I Track My Order?
  • With an account, just log in with your username and password, then click on “My Orders” and track with the provided tracking number. As a guest, you can refer to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. The tracking number will be found in it.
How Can I Return a Product?
  • ChillyBox comes with a 30-day warranty against damage or defects.
